Are you a Senior Project Manager who loves variety, thrives on responsibility, and enjoys juggling multiple priorities? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join us on a 13‑month fixed term contract, leading multiple exciting workstreams in a diverse environment. No two days will be the same.
Responsibilities
- Bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex projects
- Leading and delivering multiple parallel workstreams, keeping plans, people, and progress aligned
- Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships
- Proactively identifying risks and resolving issues with confidence and creativity
- Continuously improving ways of working and helping projects land successfully
Where you’ll work
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility alongside valuable face‑to‑face collaboration:
- Time spent in Central Leeds and Worcester. Ideally you will live in Yorkshire
- All travel and accommodation to Worcester are fully paid for
- The remainder of your time can be worked remotely
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, confidently managing multiple workstreams
- Experience of building out and designing a portfolio office
- You will know what great reporting, structure and delivery looks like to build out a world-class framework
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills — you know how to bring people with you
- Comfortable working in a changing environment
- A proactive, practical approach with a healthy sense of humour
