If you love bringing clarity, pace, and structure to complex engagements — and you enjoy making clients genuinely delighted with the results — this could be your next move.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous consultancy experience (non‑negotiable) — you know how to operate with urgency, handle shifting priorities, and deliver outcomes that matter
  • Extensive understanding of agile principles and practices that you can adapt and tailor to diverse client contexts
  • A leadership style that empowers and supports teams rather than directs from above, whilst mentoring others in this approach
  • Confident managing complex budgets, tracking spend, forecasting, and making informed financial decisions
  • The ability to work under your own initiative with confidence
  • A friendly, positive attitude and a natural ability to build great client relationships
  • Extensive hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms to manage delivery
  • Strong understanding of SOW delivery roadmaps, governance, and milestones
  • Experience delivering complex, multi‑stream consultancy engagements

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and delivering consultancy SOWs to time, quality, and budget
  • Managing delivery roadmaps, ensuring progress remains on track and risks are spotted early
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are exceeded
  • Bringing structure, pace, and proactive communication to every engagement
  • Rolling your sleeves up where needed — including governance, PMO, and hands‑on delivery
  • Helping shape and grow the delivery function as part of our expanding business

Why join us?

  • A growing consultancy where your impact will be seen and recognised
  • The chance to build and influence the delivery function as we scale
  • A supportive team with real pride in the work we deliver
  • Opportunities to develop, grow, and lead with autonomy

If you’re a consultancy‑savvy Delivery Manager who loves pace, clarity, and delivering outstanding results — please get in touch!
