We’re looking for an experienced Change Lead who thrives in the fast‑paced world of manufacturing, to support the successful delivery and adoption of change. This role is focused on designing and delivering business change activities that ensure change is effectively embedded across impacted teams and functions. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who can translate programme requirements into practical change delivery — including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications and training. If you love bringing clarity, pace, and structure to complex engagements — and you enjoy making a difference — this could be your next move.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define and implement the business change approach and plan aligned to initiative project plans and frameworks.
  • Develop and deliver change impact assessments, ensuring impacts are understood and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and deliver engagement plans to support adoption of change.
  • Develop and implement readiness plans for go-live, including readiness assessments and local tracking.
  • Create and deliver communication and engagement plans, including launch communications and supporting collateral.
  • Develop change collateral aligned to programme messaging and branding.
  • Lead training needs analysis and support development of aligned training materials and approaches.
  • Identify risks and barriers to change, escalating where required and implementing mitigating actions.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience supporting business change delivery on large projects or programmes.
  • Strong understanding of business change planning aligned to project lifecycles.
  • Experience conducting impact assessments and translating them into action plans.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.
  • Experience delivering training needs analysis and supporting training design.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving capability with ability to identify issues and solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Email).

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong delivery-focused change practitioners.
  • Experienced in hands-on execution of change activity (impact, comms, readiness, training).
  • Comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Confident engaging stakeholders across different levels of the organisation.
  • Able to balance structure, pace and attention to detail in a programme environment.

Note: Applicants must be able to get to Leeds weekly.
