This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a transformative project, working with a passionate and collaborative team of over 40 people in group IT.
This pivotal role will lead continuous improvement initiatives across IT teams, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality to support business goals and strategic priorities.

The role will offer hybrid working based from Harrogate (HG2 7DL). Please note that this position is not suitable for fully remote applicants, as regular on-site collaboration in Harrogate is essential.
As IT Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and leading a Continuous Improvement Strategy aligned with IT and business goals, fostering a culture of service excellence.
- Overseeing the full service delivery lifecycle, ensuring ITIL best practices and continuous improvement.
- Completing regular reviews with key customers, sharing insights and implementing improvements.
- Identifying and resolving recurring issues through data analysis, problem reviews, and corrective actions.
- Reviewing and refining the strategy with IT leadership, using industry insights to adapt and improve.
- Defining and tracking KPIs, using performance data and feedback to drive enhancements.
- Managing budgets, controlling costs and optimising resource use.
As IT Improvement Manager, you will have:
- Experience working as an IT Improvement Manager or similar role.
- A strong track record of implementing and governing effective processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience managing budgets and completing financial reports.
- A passion to contribute to the continuous improvement of the business.
