Junior Software Developer – AWS | Node.js | React – Starting Salary of £30,000 Location: Remote – with 1 day a month in London Full Time | Flexible Working | Unlimited Annual Leave Are you a Junior Developer with a good foundation in JavaScript and Typescript looking to make your mark on a fast-growing digital platform? WRK digital are delighted to be shortlisting for a Junior Developer to join a small, agile team working on a cutting-edge online digital platform. You’ll help shape and deliver the technical roadmap, scale existing infrastructure, and help drive innovation across our product offering. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Marketing & Design to build and ship new features. Assist in writing and maintaining documentation for internal tools and systems. Familiarity with full stack Javascript (Node JS / React) Understanding of fundamental programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms. Analytical mindset and creative thinker. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal with the ability to interact successfully with team members or occasionally clients by video conferencing and phone as well as face to face, in person. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and databases (SQL or NoSQL).
