Are you a Full Stack Developer with strong JavaScript experience looking to make your mark on a fast-growing digital platform?

WRK digital are delighted to be shortlisting for a talented mid-level developer to join a small, agile team working on a cutting-edge online digital platform. You’ll help shape and deliver the technical roadmap, scale existing infrastructure, and drive innovation across our product offering.

🌟 What You’ll Do

– Build new features and improvements using Node.js, MongoDB, and React.

– Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalability and performance.

– Collaborate with our lead developer and product team to deliver sprint objectives.

– Uphold best practices in code quality, including unit testing and code reviews.

– Take part in mentoring junior developers as the team expands.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

– Solid experience with full stack JavaScript development with Node & React.

– Hands-on experience scaling applications and working with cloud infrastructure using AWS.

– Strong understanding of web application architecture and modern design patterns (e.g. SOLID principles).

– Familiarity with RESTful APIs, functional programming.

– Comfortable working in a Scrum-based environment with continuous integration and deployment.
