We’re partnering with a consultancy who are building out a new delivery team and are looking for experienced Data Engineers to support the design and development of ETL solutions. This is a great opportunity to join a new client engagement at an early stage, with long-term potential.
Contract Details
- Length: 6 months - with possibility of extension
- Rate: £400pd INSIDE IR35
- Location: Remote - very occasional travel
- Start Date: To be confirmed
The Role
- Design and develop ETL pipelines, primarily using Talend
- Work closely with delivery teams and, at times, directly with end clients
- Support public sector data programmes with a focus on reliability, quality, and governance
- Contribute to a collaborative, delivery-focused engineering team
Tech Stack
- Primary: Talend (essential)
- Also considered: Pentaho, Informatica, Oracle, SQL
Requirements
- Strong Data Engineering background with hands-on ETL development
- Excellent communication skills (may be client-facing)
- Experience working for established organisations
- Public sector experience strongly preferred
- Must be UK-based with full right to work
- Comfortable working in secure, regulated environments
