A new opportunity has arisen at a fantastic, award winning technology consultancy based in Leeds. Our client is looking for an engaging, experienced and charismatic Senior Client Partner to join a team of Client Partners that manage strategic & complex partnerships. You will have responsibility for commercial performance, delivery success and overall satisfaction of your clients.

In this role you will have senior responsibility so other less experienced team members may need guidance from you from time to time. You will also be responsible for the client delivery team for your client. You will ensure the team operates as a true team, unblocking any barriers to success and ensuring a team of equals supports your client.

As this is a senior role you will own the commercial outcomes, spot opportunities and drive success - MSAs, SOWs, pricing models, forecasting and profitability. Not only for your clients but as a wider business. You will be a strong negotiator and you will have done this sort of role before. It is essential that you are commercially minded as you will influence how our client prices, how deals are structured, how to protect margins, and how to create long term partnerships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Client Partner. Taking a lead role you will not only look after your own clients but help shape the future of wider client portfolios and commercial decisions around this. Growth is high on the agenda so you will be motivated by the future success of our client.

You will enjoy acting as a true client partner rather than a supplier. You will have a strong and engaging personality and a CV that proves your experience.

Our client works in the technology market. Whilst you do not need to be technically proven, you need to be able to hold technical conversations with clients, delivery colleagues, and engineering colleagues. You will understand what is being built, how and why.

In summary our client requires:

  • Client partnership ownership at scale
  • Executive-level client relationships
  • Commercial strategy and negotiation
  • Client team leadership
  • Delivery and technology fluency

Do not delay your application, this is a fantastic opportunity!
