What you’ll be doing:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients who genuinely value your expertise
- Sourcing top talent using your network, market knowledge, and creative approaches
- Managing end-to-end recruitment from briefing to offer, onboarding to aftercare
- Becoming a market expert in your chosen technology specialism
- Partnering with clients embedding yourself as an extension of their team
- Attending and contributing to events connecting with the technology community
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
- Passion for recruitment and building meaningful relationships
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach
- Drive, resilience, and a results-focused mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in technology and innovation
Desirable:
- Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) technology recruitment advantageous
- Established network within the technology sector
- Track record of hitting targets and delivering results
