WRK digital are shortlisting for an experienced Contract Demand Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the delivery process and bring greater structure and visibility to incoming demand. Improving the quality of demand submissions entering governance, reducing bottlenecks and ambiguity at the front end of the portfolio lifecycle. This role is outcome-driven and focused on delivering more effective prioritisation across constrained delivery capacity and enabling better decision-making through stronger reporting and governance material.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Manage the end-to-end demand intake process for new technology and change requests.
- Ensure all incoming demand is captured, logged, assessed and progressed in line with agreed governance processes.
- Work with requestors to clarify scope, objectives, benefits, risks, dependencies and indicative resource / cost requirements.
- Challenge incomplete, unclear or weakly defined requests to improve quality before they enter governance forums.
- Support the categorisation of demand across projects, BAU change, enhancement requests and strategic initiatives.
