Are you passionate about shaping the futures of young people? We are seeking a dedicated and organized Careers Co-ordinator and Advisor to lead our careers provision and ensure our students are equipped for the world of work. In this pivotal role, you will co-ordinate careers events across the school, supporting the Careers Leader in achieving the eight Gatsby Benchmarks. You will be the face of impartial careers advice, providing students with the roadmap they need to achieve their ambitions.
Writhlington School is part of the Midsomer Norton Schools’ Partnership and located on a large modern campus that benefits from exceptional media facilities, a 400-seat theatre and a Community Sports Centre. The school is committed to supporting staff in their professional development and working collaboratively to drive towards the goal of consistently refining pedagogy and practice with a pupil centred mindset.
