As our senior gtm/sales recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind scaling our European go-to-market engine. You'll partner directly with our sales and marketing leadership to attract, engage, and hire the top-tier talent needed to expand our footprint across the UK and EMEA.
This role is based out of our London office hub on a hybrid schedule, and you will report directly to the vice president of talent acquisition.
What you'll do:- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for go-to-market requisitions across sales and customer success in the UK and EMEA regions.
- Partner deeply with hiring managers and executive leadership to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop targeted hiring strategies.
- Source and engage high-caliber passive talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and modern talent discovery tools.
- Drive a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure we are building a representative and high-performing go-to-market organization.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and compensation teams to align on role design and market intelligence for competitive offer structuring.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or AI environment with at least 3 years focused specifically on go-to-market and sales roles.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing top-performing enterprise account executives, solutions engineers, and sales leaders in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of the UK and EMEA talent landscape including compensation fundamentals and complex offer negotiation strategies.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to effectively convey our mission and value proposition to highly sought-after candidates.
- High agency and adaptability to operate autonomously and pivot quickly in a rapidly scaling startup environment.
- Strong proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven pipeline management.
- Natural ability to connect with candidates and stakeholders, challenge the status quo to improve our hiring practices, and own your results from pipeline generation to successful hires.
