Join Wristime Luxury Watches as a Sales Associate to drive retail sales and deliver excellent client service in-store, supporting marketing efforts and managing local and international client interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients and present luxury watches during viewings to support informed purchasing decisions.
  • Prepare sales posts and assist with retail marketing to promote products effectively.
  • Handle client enquiries from local and overseas customers to provide timely and accurate information.
  • Liaise with international clients and assist with overseas transactions to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Pack and ship watches securely to overseas clients to maintain product integrity during delivery.
  • Support daily retail sales operations to maintain efficient store functioning and customer satisfaction.

Required competencies and certifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Prior experience in the luxury watch industry.

Preferred competencies and qualifications:

  • Confident communication skills to engage customers professionally.
  • Customer-oriented approach to build positive client relationships.
  • Proactive and responsible work ethic to perform independently.
  • Comfortable handling high-value items and international clients.

Working Hours: 12.45 PM – 7.00 PM Monday to Saturday (including Public Holidays)
