About the role: The Junior Compliance Analyst role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of compliance at Wrisk. You will assist in ensuring that all business operations adhere to regulations and internal policies. This includes overseeing compliance processes, supporting audits, and implementing necessary changes to uphold our commitment to regulatory integrity. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help us mitigate risks and foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the compliance team in the implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist in conducting compliance reviews and audits across various departments.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise on necessary adjustments to our processes.
- Prepare compliance reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence in all operational aspects.
- Assist in training staff on compliance-related topics and best practices.
- Participate in risk assessments and help identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations within the insurance industry is preferred.
