What you’ll be doing as Reception & Office Administrator at Wrigleys Solicitors?
- You will act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and callers, ensure the smooth running of the office environment, and support internal teams with day‑to‑day administrative duties.
- Manage reception, calls, visitors, post, deliveries and site security procedures.
- Set up and support meetings and events, including room layouts, AV, catering and bookings.
- Maintain reception, meeting rooms, kitchens and communal areas, ensuring they are tidy and well stocked.
- Provide general office and administrative support, including document preparation, supplies ordering and system updates.
- Support facilities, IT and onboarding tasks, including desk set‑ups and reporting issues.
What we’re looking for in a Reception & Office Administrator:
- Previous experience in a reception, hospitality or office administration role is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
