What you’ll be doing as HR Administrator Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases. Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. Managing HR inbox queries, ensuring timely referral to appropriate team members. Coordinating diaries, meetings, and HR training sessions. Providing general administrative support across the HR and Business Support teams. Drafting correspondence including contracts, letters, and reports. Communicating effectively via phone, email, and in person. Generating reports using HR information systems. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment legislation. Upholding confidentiality and data protection standards at all times. We’re looking for a HR Administrator with: Previous administration experience. The ability to liaise and build strong relationships with all colleagues across the firm. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
