We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our private client team based in Leeds on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is essential to support the completion of an internal project.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to work from our Leeds office.

What you’ll be doing as Data Entry Clerk:
- Transferring information to a digital database, including text-based, numerical, and various documents/items.
- Verifying and correcting data to ensure accuracy.
- Organising and maintaining data efficiently.
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
We’re looking for a Data Entry Clerk with:
- Previous data entry and/or administrative experience is essential.
- Previous legal experience would be beneficial.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Methodical, with strong organisational skills and time management.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners and printers.
- Basic IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
