About The Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a team who are leaders in their field. You will be encouraged to pursue your interests and passions and define your career with us. This role would suit a solicitor with 3 or more years PQE, but the workload can be tailored to the level of experience dependent on the successful candidate. However, you must be comfortable largely running your own caseload. The expectation would be that the individual would deal with commercial property transactions across the department, although a candidate who wanted to focus on one or more of our niche areas could be accommodated.
Duties and Responsibilities: You will be required to handle a wide range of property work, including but not limited to:
- Sales and purchases
- Non-contentious landlord and tenant
- Secured borrowing and lending
- Development sites including ancillary documents such as easements, options, and pre-emption arrangements etc.
- Regular property work including title queries and registration work.
The Ideal candidate: This role would suit a junior qualified Lawyer of around 3 years PQE; however, we will consider candidates at all PQE levels providing you are confident and able to manage your own caseload.
Application Process: Our selection process for the Agricultural Solicitor position is transparent. We prioritise keeping all candidates informed at every step, ensuring there is no uncertainty. We are committed to ensuring our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible to all. If you have a disability or long-term condition and need us to make adjustments to give you the best possible recruitment process, please do let us know by contacting our recruitment team.
