We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy and supportive property team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while contributing to a firm that values quality service and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion
  • Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title
  • Prepare and review legal documents including missives, dispositions and standard securities
  • Conduct property searches and liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents
  • Ensure compliance with Scottish property law and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records using case management systems
  • Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the transaction
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in Scotland
  • Strong knowledge of Scottish conveyancing procedures
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • High level of attention to detail
Desirable Skills
  • Relevant legal qualification (e.g. Paralegal Certification or Law Degree)
  • Experience using case management systems such as Denovo
  • Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing
