Job Title: Admissions Clerk

The Healthcare Operations Department is seeking to recruit an Admissions Clerk within the Elective Admissions Team at the RAEI, Wigan. This full-time position involves working 37.5 hours per week.

The service operates Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 6 pm on a rota basis. Flexibility is required to adapt quickly to changing work patterns within these hours.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a busy, customer-focused administration or office setting.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems in the workplace.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Good keyboard skills and knowledge of general office systems and protocols.

Main Duties:
