Technical Sales Co-ordinator required for long long-established engineering company based near Diss.
Working in the spares department as part of the after-sales team, the successful candidate will undertake a varied role, taking and processing orders for spare parts.
Duties will include
- Processing customer spare enquiries via phone or email
- Owning the end-to-end process for spres, including liaising with customers and suppliers
- Requesting quotes from and negotiating with suppliers
- Producing and following up on potential customer quotes
- Converting enquiries into sales orders
- Maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience in a similar role and with engineering/manufacturing knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- IT skills. Must include Word, Excel, email and be familiar with MRP systems

The successful candidate will be based in our Eye, Suffolk office, so should reside within a reasonable commutable distance.
