We are looking for skilled and motivated Mobile Service Engineers to deliver exceptional aftersales support to our customers across the UK and beyond. This is a customer-facing role where you will be instrumental in ensuring Wrightbus remains the preferred supplier through the delivery of world-class service. We are currently seeking Mobile Support Engineers based in ROI, Central England, and London.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving vehicle faults efficiently and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships, offer expert advice, and ensure technical issues are resolved with minimal disruption.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and Wrightbus manuals.
  • Perform warranty and campaign repairs in line with company procedures.
  • Communicate root cause analysis and repair estimates to the Parts & Service Team.
  • Promote Wrightbus parts and services to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with audit standards.
  • Support customers on-site and at various locations as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training, including factory-based and EV/Hydrogen systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle or PSV Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a heavy vehicle/PSV environment, dealership, or fleet.
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively.
  • Flexibility to work weekend or alternative shifts on a rota basis.
