We're looking for skilled and motivated Mobile Service Engineers to deliver exceptional aftersales support to our customers across the UK and beyond. We are currently seeking Mobile Support Engineers based in the West Midlands area.

Shift patterns:

  • Sunday-Thursday 6.00am-2.00pm
  • Tuesday-Saturday 6.00am-2.00pm

What You'll Do:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving vehicle faults efficiently and professionally.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and Wrightbus manuals.
  • Communicate root cause analysis and repair estimates to the Parts & Service Team.
  • Support customers on-site and at various locations as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training, including factory-based and EV/Hydrogen systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle or PSV Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a heavy vehicle/PSV environment, dealership, or fleet.
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively.
  • Flexibility to work weekend or alternative shifts on a rota basis.
