The Role
Application of gel coating to moulds and parts, to a high-quality finish, in line with customer specifications. Producing fibre-glass parts, using a pneumatic spray gun.
Key Responsibilities
- Applying gel coat finishes to fibreglass moulds and parts.
- Conducting fibre-glass lay-up using a pneumatic spray gun.
- Identifying and addressing imperfections.
- Maintaining records of part thicknesses.
- Performing in-build repairs.
- Operating plant, equipment, and hand tools safely.
- Complying with health and safety procedures.
The Requirements
- 4 years relevant experience
- Experience of Spray Painting with Preparation knowledge.
- Knowledge of spray gun setup
