Overview

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the manufacture of parts within the glass fibre area.
• Work as part of a team and follow WMPs and directions from the team leader.
• Operate plant equipment and/or hand tools associated with the manufacturing process safely.
• Comply with the company\’s health & safety policy and procedures.
• Undertake training or retraining associated with the post, or the introduction of new working practices.
• Willing to train others as required.

The Requirements

• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
• 3 months experience using various hand tools (e.g., DIY/painting brushes and rollers).
• Ability to understand Work Manual Procedures.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to undertake or provide training as required.
• An awareness of general Health and Safety rules.
• Proven ability to be flexible, working overtime and changing shift patterns as required.

The Hours

Hours of Work (37.5 hours per week):

• Sun, Mon, Tue 16.30-05.30
• OR
• Wed, Thur, Fri 16.30-05.30

Hours of Work (38 hours per week):

• Monday to Thursday 06.30-16.30
