The Role
This role involves preparing and using tools, jogs and fixtures to complete welding tasks to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained safe and properly stored as well as producing components to Wrightbus quality and deadline requirements.
- Record job details, repair and maintain machines and report any faults or damages promptly.
- Interpreting engineering and welding drawings, fabricating metal assemblies and maintaining high accuracy and safety standards when operating equipment such as cranes and rotators.
The Requirements
- Time Served Welder and ability to obtain Coded Welding certificate in MIG Welding
- OR
- 2 Years exp in MIG Welding and
- Ability to obtain Coded Welding certificate in MIG Welding
