Wrightbus are offering a number of Higher-Level Apprenticeships. As a Higher-Level Apprentice you'll gain hands-on experience across all operational areas at Wrightbus, learning how it functions and supports the business. You'll work alongside skilled colleagues, earning while you learn and building real industry knowledge. A key focus of the programme is developing the skills and expertise needed to maintain the safety and reliability of the company product. This includes gaining practical experience, achieving a recognised qualification, and playing a part in shaping the business for future generations.

- BTech Level 3 (in a relevant discipline)
- >2 years' experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment
