Job Summary

Wrightbus is the fastest growing production company in Europe. We are looking for a Campaign Warranty Parts Co‑Ordinator. As Campaign Co‑Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of retrofitting initiatives for vehicles in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed plans for vehicle retrofitting campaigns.
  • Ensure all Technical Service Bulletins are completed promptly and include sufficient detail.
  • Liaise with third party contractors and service providers to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Effectively plan & complete vehicle recalls/retrofits, in accordance with TSB instructions.
  • Effectively plan work teams to maximise efficiency.
  • Load & control sales orders for campaign material.
  • Process stock control requests on Sage i.e. production receipts, issues & stock transfers.
  • Communicate with Regional Service Managers, Mobile Service Engineers, and Contractors, to track vehicle completion.
  • Ensure campaign progress is reported to internal and external parties in a prompt and effective manner.
  • Ensure change detail is relayed to all relevant customers, for Customer vehicle change traceability.
  • Other Learning and Development duties.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including quality control and production, to identify areas for improvement and effective solutions.
  • Work with the Quality Control department to highlight key items, for awareness of manufacturing/engineering issues.
  • Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure required parts are made available in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular reports on Campaign status to senior management.

Requirements

  • 5 x GCSE’s (or equivalent) including English and Maths to grade C or above.
  • Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience of MS office.
  • Experience of working within a Manufacturing/Quality/Warranty/Aftersales Support department.
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Excellent organisation and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage and analyse large datasets.
