We are currently looking to recruit a site maintenance operative/handy person to provide ongoing site maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Duties:
- All aspects of site maintenance upkeep & repair including clearing areas and disposing of waste.
- Preparation & painting of windows, doors, fixtures & furnishings.
This role would suit a retired individual & the company can accommodate hours to suit either full or part time.
Skills:
- Competent at basic maintenance tasks.
- Good knowledge & experience of using hand tools.
- Experience of painting to a high standard.
- Competent at measuring & preparation of work areas.
- Ability to plan jobs to obtain the required materials for job completion.
