We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Powder Coater / Wet Sprayer. This is a combined role, and we are specifically seeking one individual with proven experience in both powder coating and wet spraying. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently once trained, as this project will largely be their responsibility, while still cooperating closely with their supervisor and wider production team.
Key requirements:
- Proven, hands-on experience in powder coating and wet spraying.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work.
- Good understanding of quality standards within a finishing environment.
- Experience with masking components would be highly desirable.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work to production deadlines.
