Warehouse Operative
Location: Worcester
Salary £12.71 per hour
Full time shifts either 2pm -10pm or nights 10.00pm - 6.00am
Duties
Your role will include:
- Picking customers' orders from location
- Accurately loading and unloading both inbound and outbound vehicles
- Checking paperwork is completed correctly
- Safely moving and correctly categorising customer items within the warehouse
- Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Working as a team
- Safely using technical equipment
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
- Representing the company to the highest standard

- Experience working in a similar, fast-paced operational environment
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to prioritise Health and Safety for yourself and your colleagues
- Confidence to work with computer systems (specific system training will be provided)
- A reliable, punctual and flexible approach
This is an ongoing position which can lead to a permanent role for the right candidates , duties will involve repetitive heavy lifting & two person lifting of heavy & bulky items in a safe manner.
