Hours: Part time, 09.30 - 14.30, Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week

Wright Staff Recruitment Ltd are a growing market leader in the world of driving recruitment. We supply professional drivers across the Midlands alongside national contracts. We take great pride in providing drivers their dream roles and our clients continued high levels of service.

As a resourcer for Wright Staff Recruitment Ltd, you will be tasked with supporting our team of driving consultants by finding suitable driver candidates to fill a variety of different roles across the West Midlands. You will be working from our office in Worcester with the resourcing team headed up by our resourcing manager. This role will require continued hard work in cold calling a variety of different drivers to fill various full and part time positions.

As a resourcer, you will be key to supplying our continued growth of over 300 active drivers. You will sell certain roles that may be of interest and listen to the needs of the driver looking for a potential career change.
