We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) HGV Drivers to join our team on both day and night shifts.

  • Day Shift Drivers
  • Working Days: Tuesday to Friday
  • Start Times: Between 4:00pm and 5:30pm
  • Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour or £17.37 per hour (rolled-up holiday pay)
  • Night Shift Drivers
  • Working Days: Monday to Thursday
  • Routes: Regular deliveries to Avonmouth, Portsmouth, and Southampton
  • Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour or £18.49 per hour (rolled-up holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle in accordance with all road traffic legislation and company procedures.
  • Assist with loading vehicles at the beginning of each shift.
  • Complete deliveries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
  • Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence.
  • Valid Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • A minimum of 2 years' Class 2 driving experience.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to assist with loading duties.
  • Good understanding of driver hours, working time regulations, and road safety requirements.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
