Full time Schedule: 5 shifts per week across Monday - Saturday
Weekdays: 0530, 0630, 0730, 0830 starts
Saturday: 0530, 0630, 0730, 0830 starts
Holiday: 22 days annual leave, plus bank holiday allowance

We are looking for a confident and organised Chilled Warehouse Supervisor to support the smooth running of our busy Chilled Warehouse operation.
Duties:
- This is a key hands-on leadership role helping to motivate, train and support Warehouse Team Leaders and Operatives while ensuring stock is handled safely, accurately and efficiently.
- You will help maintain high standards across product quality, stock rotation, paperwork, vehicle loading, hygiene and chilled storage conditions.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising, motivating and supporting Chilled Warehouse and Yard staff
- Ensuring safe working practices, manual handling procedures and Company standards are followed
- Monitoring chilled warehouse conditions, equipment and fridge temperatures
- Supporting stock rotation, daily stock checks and accurate paperwork
- Working with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Management to resolve issues quickly
- Helping to maintain a clean, safe and well-organised working environment
- Supporting loading and unloading to maintain efficient vehicle turnaround times
- Deputising for the Warehouse Manager when required
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others

- Confidence working in a fast-moving warehouse environment
- Forklift truck experience would be helpful, but training can be provided for the right candidate
