Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, (Apply online only) and Saturday, 0600 - finish.
- Week 2: Monday to Friday, (Apply online only).
Salary: £20.59 per hour, plus overtime at 1.25 x hourly rate above 40 hours
On call: Participate in equipment breakdown call-out rota. Call out rota is roughly one week in six. Retainer of £100.00 for the week on call. £50.00 one-off payment per call out. Hourly rate once clocked in.

Job description: We are looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering Team. This is a hands-on role providing essential support to site operations by responding to breakdowns, supporting preventative maintenance, and ensuring production equipment runs efficiently and safely.
Duties:
- Respond to breakdowns across production and processing equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
- Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Repair, test and recommission machinery safely
- Work to strict Health & Safety standards
- Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement
What We're Looking for:
- Electrical bias (minimum 70/30 electrical to mechanical split)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working on high-speed / automated machinery
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Experience within an FMCG or fast-paced production environment
Qualifications (one of the following or equivalent experience):
- HNC/HND/HNCD Level 4/5 in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
- City & Guilds Level 4/5 Electrical Engineering
- Equivalent job-based engineering experience
