We are currently looking to recruit a site maintenance operative/handy person to provide ongoing site maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Duties

  • Duties will involve all aspects of site maintenance upkeep and repair including clearing areas and disposing of waste.
  • Preparation and painting of windows, doors, fixtures and furnishings.

The role would suit a retired individual and the company can accommodate hours to suit either full or part time.

Skills

  • Will need to be competent at basic maintenance tasks and have a good knowledge and experience of using hand tools.
  • Experience of painting to a high standard.
  • Competent at measuring and preparation of work areas.
  • Ability to plan jobs to obtain the required materials for job completion.
