About the Role
Wright Staff is launching a temporary industrial recruitment desk and is looking for an experienced Senior Industrial Consultant ready to step into management. This is a start-up temp desk, backed by a strong and established client base built over 20+ years through our driving and permanent recruitment divisions. You will have the opportunity to build, grow, and lead the industrial desk with clear progression into management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop a temp industrial desk from scratch
- Win new business and grow existing client relationships
- Convert existing clients into industrial opportunities
- Manage and grow accounts, fill rates, and margins
- Lead and develop resourcers / consultants as the desk grows
- Work closely with senior management on growth and performance
About You
- Proven experience in temporary industrial recruitment
- Strong billing and business development background
- Ready to step into management or already mentoring others
- Commercial, driven, and hands-on
