We are currently seeking professional and flexible HGV Class 1 drivers for work across the Gloucestershire area. We have adhoc, full time and temp to perm work potentially available. Adhoc is ideal for drivers looking for casual, part-time, or fill-in shifts, this role offers the chance to work with a variety of reputable clients on a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out scheduled deliveries or collections as required
- Ensuring vehicles are operated safely and within legal compliance
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Maintaining accurate paperwork and delivery logs
- Representing the company and clients in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Full Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points (no TT99, DR, DD, or IN endorsements)
- A good understanding of drivers hours regulations
- Reliability and flexibility to accept short-notice shifts
- Min 3 months Class 1 driving experience
