We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Drivers for a new client based in Droitwich.

This is an excellent opportunity to join us on an ad hoc basis initially, with the potential for regular ongoing work in the near future as the contract develops.

The role involves driving non-ADR tankers and palletised curtain-side vehicles, delivering a professional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

  • Start times between 03:00 and 10:00
  • Night Shifts
  • Start times between 16:00 and 21:00
  • Typical shift length: 10–12 hours
  • Pay Rates
  • Standard Pay
  • Monday to Friday (Days): £17.00 per hour
  • Monday to Friday (Nights): £18.00 per hour
  • Saturday: £19.00 per hour
  • Sunday: £20.00 per hour
  • Rolled-Up Holiday Pay
  • Monday to Friday (Days): £19.05 per hour
  • Monday to Friday (Nights): £20.17 per hour
  • Saturday: £21.29 per hour
  • Sunday: £22.41 per hour

The Role

  • Driving Class 1 (Category C+E) vehicles
  • Operating non-ADR tankers and palletised curtain-side trailers
  • Completing deliveries safely, efficiently, and on time
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks
  • Complying with all transport legislation and company procedures
  • Providing a professional and reliable service

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' HGV Class 1 driving experience
  • Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
  • Valid Driver CPC
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • A professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety and customer service
