This role suits drivers looking for flexible work, varied assignments, or additional income alongside existing commitments.\\nKey Responsibilities\\n * Carry out general haulage deliveries and collections.\\n * Operate vehicles safely and in line with all road transport and company regulations.\\n * Perform daily walk-around checks and report any vehicle defects.\\n * Accurately complete delivery notes, paperwork, and tachograph records.\\n * Provide a professional and courteous service at all delivery and collection points.\\n * Follow all relevant driving legislation, including Drivers’ Hours Regulations and the Working Time Directive.\\nRequirements\\n * Valid HGV licence (Class 1, Class 2 or 7.5t).\\n * Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.\\n * Experience within general haulage is preferred but not essential.\\n * Strong communication and time-management skills.\\n * Flexibility to accept ad-hoc and short-notice shifts.\\nPay Rates\\n * Class 1: £16.00 – £21.00 per hour\\n * Class 2: £14.50 – £19.00 per hour\\n * 7.5 Tonne: £13.50 – £17.00 per hour\\nWhat We Offer\\n * Competitive hourly rates depending on licence class and shift type.\\n * Flexible, ad-hoc assignments to fit around your schedule.\\n * Opportunities for ongoing or repeat work with reputable clients
