Head of HR: £50-55,000 + benefits
This will be a busy and rewarding role working as a senior member of the HR team. As Head of HR you will manage a team of Business Partners and Advisors, supporting internal stakeholders across the country. The role is based in Birmingham 2 days a week and you can expect flexible hours and a hybrid working pattern.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Mentoring, coaching and developing the team and ensuring that there is a consistent HR solution and service delivered to all parts of the organisation.
- Supporting senior managers on complex case management issues and change management initiatives.
- Managing projects and initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness.
- Helping create a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Managing the budget in line with the financial planning cycle.
- Reviewing and implementing an effective reward strategy across the organisation.
The successful candidate will have:
- CIPD level 7 qualifications and proven experience in leading a business partnering and advice service across a geographically dispersed organisation.
- Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders across a busy organisation.
- A passion and commitment for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
Salary: £50-55,000 + benefits.
