Senior Paralegal - Family Law

Hybrid/Leamington Spa

We are seeking a Senior Family Paralegal experienced in all aspects of family law who is dedicated and detail-oriented. This is an exciting opportunity to work in our growing and family team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software to include the Family Court portal.
  • Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal information;
  • Have a good understanding of how to run own caseload/support caseloads of others and ensure critical dates are met;
  • Assist senior lawyers with routine transactions and drafting exercises;
  • Maintain the integrity of data in key platforms;
  • Undertake legal research both as requested and on own initiative;
  • Achieve personal utilisation and realisation targets;
