We are seeking a Senior Family Paralegal experienced in all aspects of family law who is dedicated and detail-oriented. This is an exciting opportunity to work in our growing and family team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software to include the Family Court portal.
- Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal information;
- Have a good understanding of how to run own caseload/support caseloads of others and ensure critical dates are met;
- Assist senior lawyers with routine transactions and drafting exercises;
- Maintain the integrity of data in key platforms;
- Undertake legal research both as requested and on own initiative;
- Achieve personal utilisation and realisation targets;
