Senior Associate – Corporate Law

We are looking to recruit a Senior Associate (ideally 5+ years PQE) to join our growing Corporate team. Working closely with partners, this role offers extensive direct client interaction and involvement in a variety of stimulating projects.
Job responsibilities:
- Working on M&A transactions for both domestic and international clients.
- Overseeing VC/PE investment endeavours for clients across borders.
- Proficient drafting of essential documents including sale and purchase agreements, subscription and shareholder agreements.
- Guiding group structuring and restructuring initiatives.
- Orchestrating joint venture endeavours.
- Engaging in general corporate advisory tasks.
Person Specification:
- Qualified Corporate lawyer with substantial experience from a reputable practice (5+ years PQE)
- Demonstrable expertise in Corporate M&A, Re-organisations, Transactions
- Proven track record of hands-on involvement in relevant legal work.
- Exceptional project management and time management abilities.
