Our client is seeking a skilled labourer ideally with experience in one of the below:
- Groundworking
- Fit outs
- Concreting
- Joinery
- Dry Lining
You will be required to work within a gang. Day to day jobs will consist of a varied range of small- and large-scale construction projects within the maintenance sector of construction, largely taking place in and around industrial warehouses for corporate clients such as DHL, ALDI, NHS, and many others.
Our client specialises in large/medium and small-scale warehouse fit outs and groundworks projects meaning skills in these areas are favorable but not mandatory.
Once on-site operatives will be required to liaise with customers around the specific job they are completing, ensuring professional conduct is always maintained even within pressured situations.
A driving license is mandatory. Working away will be a requirement of the role where needed but will by no means be a constant. They do not require you to have a CSCS card; they will put you through your CSCS training when you join the business. The background and experience in their specialism is more important to them.
