We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our clients team in Gloucester for an office and factory fit out.

Day rate: £350 per day.

Contract length: 18 weeks starting 5th Jan - potentially longer.

Scope of work includes:

  • Office and factory demo / strip out.
  • M&E installations including gas, AC, ventilation, lighting and power.
  • Civils including crane base foundations.
  • Interior and exterior cladding.
  • Office fit out package including joinery, flooring, glazing, plumbing etc.
  • Factory fit out package including new RSD's, whitewalls, floor coatings etc.

The successful candidate must be within commutable distance to site.
