We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our clients team in Gloucester for an office and factory fit out.
Day rate: £350 per day.
Contract length: 18 weeks starting 5th Jan - potentially longer.
Scope of work includes:
- Office and factory demo / strip out.
- M&E installations including gas, AC, ventilation, lighting and power.
- Civils including crane base foundations.
- Interior and exterior cladding.
- Office fit out package including joinery, flooring, glazing, plumbing etc.
- Factory fit out package including new RSD's, whitewalls, floor coatings etc.
Living local to the job would be ideal but not essential as accommodation would be paid.
