The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to join our Projects team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of engineering projects from initial proposal through to on-site completion. You’ll ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest standards while building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of engineering projects across the business.
  • Plan and coordinate complex engineering schemes with project teams.
  • Produce and maintain accurate documentation, including reports, proposals, and schedules.
  • Manage contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
  • Ensure project proposals are developed, approved, and delivered successfully.
  • Maintain strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in engineering project management.
  • Strong technical communication skills (written and verbal).
  • The ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • A degree (or working towards) in an engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
