We are currently recruiting Secondary Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Sandwell and Dudley, supporting pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

The Role:
As a Secondary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and structured lessons, maintaining high standards of behaviour, and supporting pupils’ academic progress. These roles may include general cover and subject-specific teaching, depending on school requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum
- Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
- Adapt to different school settings, timetables, and teaching expectations
- Follow provided lesson plans or plan and deliver effective lessons when required
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
- Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and school policies at all times
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4
- Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
- Organised, reliable, and adaptable
- Confident engaging and motivating secondary-aged pupils
Desirable Skills & Attributes:
- Experience working across multiple subjects or specialisms (depending on role)
- Ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
