We are currently recruiting Primary School Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Dudley, covering Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

The Role:
As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, well-structured lessons, maintaining high classroom standards, and supporting pupils’ academic and personal development. These roles are general primary teaching positions and are not subject-specific.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across KS1 and/or KS2 in line with the national curriculum
- Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
- Follow lesson plans where provided, or plan effectively when required
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
- Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and school policies at all times
- Work collaboratively with school staff and support teams
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom management skills
- Well-organised, reliable, and adaptable
- Confident in managing behaviour and engaging pupils of varying abilities

- Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for primary education and pupil development
